I'm your typical weekend player who generally shoots in the mid 80's. I wanted something to replace my 2-3 iron and always wanted to try out a hybrid club. Since you get three clubs for less than the price of one Taylor Made 3 Iron, I thought I would give these a try. Your choice of three lofts helps when need some lift and still hit the ball (in my case) around 200 - 210 yards. You can control your shots easier then with the long irons and they are better coming out of the rough. (sadly usually where I am off the tee) Grips are very comfortable, and the shafts have some flex as long as you don't have a 145 mph tiger like swing. The head of the club has nice weight distribution, the covers are nice and even matched my Nike driver cover. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
