Excellent set of Irons for those who have trouble controlling direction and hitting high & soft landing shots. Weight distribution between the 15 grams lighter shaft and the Hybrid like head is superb so I can feel exactly where the head is at throughout the back swing and downswing. The generous flange bottom avoids fat shots. Thin shots do not lose distance because there is lot of weight at bottom of club head. I was able to fade the shots slightly, but a banana fade was impossible for me. The offset is small compared to all other game improvement irons I have observed, so these clubs are not hook machines either. A baby draw is easy to hit.

You can order these clubs with custom Lie angles, club length for no extra charge. This is important to me because I play better with 2 degree flat irons. I took a risk getting clubs of line with out really trying them out.

I noticed its very hard to slice or hook with these irons and that's nice, but its also hard to draw or fade the ball and for my game that will take some getting use to. I use to play a draw and now I have to make some adjustments. Over all I can live with that.

One thing I have noticed is the sound the iron makes, its different then any other iron I have hit. Its a higher pitch PING almost like hitting a driver.

One major thing I have noticed is the loss of distance. I was using Ping irons from the early 90's and figured I would update and upgrade. I lost maybe 10 yards on average on every club. I am straight, very straight, but short on almost all my shots. As I build confidence with these clubs I may work on increasing my club head speed but only time will tell.

The hybrid set of irons (4-P) came well packaged and in perfect condition. Each iron came with a head cover and each iron was factory shrink wrapped. The set came quickly and was priced well below retail especially with free shipping and no sales tax. My golf instructor swung a few of the clubs and was also pleased with the feel of each club. I am very happy with the quality and style. I do understand that hitting the ball well and straight is my responsibility. These clubs can only help make that happen. I would buy them again.
