The Cleveland Hi-Bore XL driver features the following: Distance Driven Geometry positions the Center of Gravity (CG) low and deep in the clubhead to align the sweet spot and hotspot An oversize, 460cc clubhead and high grade SP700 beta titanium clubface produce high initial ball velocity for maximum driver distance An 11 percent larger, perimeter-weighted face and 15 percent greater MOI provide maximum forgiveness on off-center hits for consistent, long and straight driver distance

The Cleveland Hi Bore XL driver features a special geometry that moves weight lower and deeper into the clubhead, optimizing the center of gravity (CG) location for ideal launch conditions. For maximum ball speed, the XL has a larger sweet spot compared to traditional large-volume drivers and, paired with the deep CG, its high moment of inertia increases stability on off-center hits. This results in greater overall distance and tighter shot dispersion over the entire face. As important as the clubhead is to maximizing distance and accuracy, playing with a correctly fit shaft is equally important. This is why Cleveland Golf and Fujikura composites have worked together to develop a two shaft fitting system specifically designed to maximize the performance of the HiBORE XL driver. This optimized CG location aligns the Center of Gravity Projection (CGP) with the COR Hot Spot in the center of the face, resulting in optimal conditions for greater overall distance.
