I purchased the Cleveland Hibore Monster driver back in July 2010. After 8 rounds I had a problem arise. I sent the club in for warranty service, and they were extremely proficient. They were not able to repair or replace, so they sent me the 2011 Launcher DST as a replacement. Cleveland has a customer for life based on their great customer service.
