The chrome-plated 3DX Pro is made with a very special alloy, a revolutionary stainless steel that provides a soft and responsive feel. Just like the 3DX Iron, the 3DX Pro features a tungsten-polymer insert (XW Insert). The insert takes the vibration out from impact, and reduces shock and vibration to give this cavity-back iron a "muscle-back forged" feel. The 3DX Pro has one XW Insert which is concentrated directly behind the face for greater workability of the golf ball. Buy using polymer around the outside of the insert, Nickent controls the amount of tungsten in the insert without being bulk and taking away from the club's eye-catching design. Using the XW Insert plug versus a metal plug gives Nickent the flexibility to move around significant amounts of weight without losing feel.
