The paint used to mark the green is elevated above the green, so the ball has a hard time rolling over the paint. The green is rather thin and narrow, but the main problem is the manner in which the shuffleboard area is marked with thick paint that rises above the carpet area. This is a good idea for improved putting, and I would purchase if the manufacture was better, with a better green, and paint that soaks into the carpet, without standing up above the carpet.
