A selection of lofts are designed to satisfy traditional wedge needs, while two new options attack the larger distance gaps created by today's stronger pitching wedges. The average loft of the modern pitching wedge is 46 degrees. The loft of the average sand wedge is 56 degrees. Every 2 degrees of loft equals approximately 5 yards. That means there is at least a 25 yard gap in most players' bags. The Tw9 wedges are available in either Black PVD Anti-Glare or Satin Finish.

Tw9 grooves are cut as sharp , deep and wide as USGA standards allow. A 32.5 degree angle and square edges provide maximum spin and control around the green.
The elastomeric coating in the milled recessed areas ensures a softer impact across the entire face of the wedge.
The new 48 and 50 degree loft options feature slightly larger cavity back playability disguised in a players blade shape.

The don't hold the cache of the Vokey's but these wedges are flat-out awesome. The head is on the heavy side and has a great feel and satisfying click when you cleanly chip the ball. I carry a 58, 54, and a 50. I was talked into these at my local shop and I was really happy with the recommendation. I got the 54 on Amazon for $35!
