This club has proved useful for knocking the golf ball onto the green from the frog hairs, but doesn't do so well in grass that is only a bit longer. The club can be swung like a putter but gives the ball a little extra lift so that you get a little extra run that I couldn't get with a putter only. I am disappointed that I haven't seen much help with the little bit longer grass around the green, but maybe that is a matter of using the club more. A recommended club for those who need a little extra oomph around the green to get the ball closer to the pin.

Used it for the first time yesterday. Its a very comfortable club. Made some nice shots and got it close to the pin. Would recommend to anyone.

The only complaint I hve about the Chipper is that it doesn't have a longer face so I can use it further out. It really has the feel of a putter, my shoots are usually right in line, but needed practice to get the distance down. I think after a while I will use it for all shots 5 yards off the green and maybe longer.
I ordered 2 they took my order shipped one and put the other on a month backorder. If you don't have it in stock please let me know when I order it not after the fact. I concider this really poor customer service.
